|  zzmt 1:35 4x4 quad gun tractor build (lots of pics)
so i finally got a star and this will be my first build i have ever posted... its also the first custom styrene work i've done... gonna build a 1:87 tttt soon so i thought this would be a good intermediate step. body is a 1:35 scale tamiya quad gun tractor and the chassis is from a zip zap monster truck. i been working on it for like 2 months off and on (waiting on parts and working on it when i have time). let me know what you guys think  (hopefully i can make these pics post  )

awesome start! Unrelated question.. Ive seen a few people say " they are finally posting a build thread now that they have a star " is there some new rule that you cant start a thread without a star? |

tested it after i got most the electronics put together and it wouldnt work  ... looked at the wires that lead to the two motors off the board and they got crossed from a shitty factory solder job... i believe that fried the board or the tiny lipo i used was too much power... stock battery was about 3.8 fresh off the charger and the lipo was fully charged when i hooked it up. just got a used zzmt off ebay so i guess we'll see what happens on round 2 once it arrives...im gonna atempt the mosfet mod after i get it working again... already have the parts together for it... gotta get my skills honed in for the tttt ZipZap MT MOSFET Mod |

got the new donor zip zap... been busy with christmas and other projects but i will be gettin back to this one really soon ... heres a pic of the donor before i start tearin into it...
