Default RCTrax Miniqlo radio

I finally found the radio for my Miniqlo...but it is unresponsive with new batteries. Can anyone recommend a replacement that isn't expensive?

No lights. No response at all.

Were the old batteries left to corrode in the Tx? If it doesn't do anything at all you may as well open it up and look for a broke wire-solder connection somewhere.

Batteries were left in there for a while but there was no leakage. I'm wondering if it's possible to get a new radio, same brand or something else.

I don't know. Is there any corrosion on the contacts or the batteries? These RCs are discontinued and there's really no telling what'll bind to the Rx. You may need an all new Tx/Rx.

I don't see any corrosion or damage. Do you have any recommendations for a replacement RX and TX that doesn't cost much?

It'd have to fit into the chassis of the Miniqlo. Is the existing Rx a combo with ESC or are they separate?

Get a Tx/Rx of your choosing and a 5-10a cheap chinese esc off of fleaBay and de-case the Rx. Stick these anywhere that they'll fit and hook them up.
