Default Tiny Cooter Chevy C10

So its been a while since I posted any sort of build so I figured why not.. It is a simple little build with just some minor mods using Sams OHp01 kit.

This is where the title comes from.

Seeing the name cooters cruiser made me build this one

Anyway here are some camparo shots between tiny cooter and the stock F-150 kit

Lookin' good! I never really got into the Orlandoo (not really a new Ford guy), but this is cool! Simple, yet satisfying body swap. Great improvement, old Chevys are something I could get into. Also one of my favorite shows as a kid.

Looks great bro Knowing MG those are some self made rims & tires! All I want to know is did you cast the body before the build

Thanks Rob, The Orlandoo kits are just a really nice platform to start with 1/24 to 1/32 with a few mods. I think you would like it once you had one in your hands I loved that program as well, just sad they killed so many chargers.

Thank you WM I do appreciate it! The body at the moment is a tight press fit with the chassis but magnets are in its future. The tires/wheels are a design I made and cast.

Thanks man, You and I had the same idea about the model kits when I was just a kid This is the reason why I got into the micro R/C. The tires/wheels are home made, sorry bud.

Welcome back indeed! Can't wait to see what you've got in store

I do feel a bit mislead by the title though

Sweet build, love the thread title lol, I also loved watching Dukes of Hazzard EVERY week as a kid! Lots of us think alike, as a child I too wished that my static models were RC. Glad to hear that you're doing well now.

Edit: If you copy/paste the img link for websites from photobucket to here, you pics will show up in your thread instead of clickable links.
