None of those prices seem out of line to me.

They are pretty close to new and even used parts for Losi and Sumo, axles for example. Also consider that's MSRP (manufacturer suggested retail price) and the actual retail price is often less.

I have a set of the rc4wd 1.0 steel beadlocks on mine. They fit fine, however you may need to modify your nut-driver to install them. The wall of my driver was too thick to fit the nut deep enough between the "lug nuts" so I had to grind a little around the outside.

It's nice that they sell an axle kit. If you want Losi or Redcat Sumo axles you either piece them together (expensive) or ebay/forums for used ones/take offs. Or buy a whole rig

Excited to try the micro Flat Irons too, anyone care to comment that has an Ambush.

The stock tires are impressive for grip and performance. But one of mine were glued effed up and I cant pretend it's not wobbling and funked up on the sidewall. I did hold the rc4wd micro and this side by side. The rc4wd tires were actually tackier and foams softer. I'd rather of had those. I took the stock tires off the first four feet because of my one wobbler. I had a set off of another micro from awhile back. Love the look a bit better like an old stomper.

Upon further inspection my tire wasn't glued wonky, it is barely vented and was partially sucked in. They're all 4 good. I see I can't get them off the stock wheels though without harm so I'm not going to try. Going to post them on the fs part of the forum this weekend or sooner if I get time. I just never was turned on by the look of flatirons. Or for that matter proline trenchers. Personal preference.
