Default 1/24 J10 build

Cool! Are you going trials flatbed or farm flatbed? Trial with couple spares, headache rack and such would be cool. Farm with duallies and wood slats.. love old bodies cause so many ways to go.

Quality of kit? I just re-read post to see kit after searching “Revell J10 rc” added 4x4 no luck. After reading realize I skimmed looking for pics. A home built chassis! Hope to be impressed as I usually am. Good to see your steering hobby in the original direction.

I was thinking more of a work flatbed, maybe with a welder, spare tire, and a cooler of course I have made a prototype from cardboard, going to post a picture!

custom chassis from either aluminum or Delrin, steering toward aluminum though, and for drivetrain I will be using the aluminum orlandoo axles, aswell as its transmission (at least that's the plan)

Don’t know if this guy would have something you’d need.

Are you going to try to install the scale plastic motor for realism?
