Default Winter Projects...

This section is dead. Are any of you building anything cool for the winter? I am working on a shop/hobby (store) for my house. I have collected most of the stuff, now just need to hire some cheap labor to make it all come together. Post up some of your projects for the winter. I have plenty of Rigs, need somewhere to create more...Ok, Dean is tires of the garage.

Hey Norm how's the Scout coming along? Pics?

Hey Ryan,

I've been working on getting better I'm still fighting that infection 17 months. That's a a long time and I'm real tired of specialists. :-(

I'm getting my puller ready to go that has been a blast and I look forward to getting together with you guys soon.

I am ready to get serious about my scout scaler I will have a build thread soon.

Here's a teaser just for you Baller my friend.

Then there's my pond boat "Edina Model Yacht Club".

I just gave her a little rust job and she need to be re rigged.

Then there's our trusty SW3 which I think will become a AKRCC Ares for 2009.
Lipo and brushed motor.

I'm a little sad the SW3 never breaks but the Ares seems to climb and side hill much better.

If there is any time left I'd like a Drag car for the summer.

Oh yeah my favorite in the house RC.

She's a nice tiny bird with all the big Helli equipment. I can really harass the dog.

That's all for me Baller I will be busy I know that's not even close to becoming a Baller but I try.

No projects here. Times are a little tough right now. I should be able to scrape something together before next season. So far I haven't had to sell the GC-1.

I hope you get out to see us all soon. Norm, looks like you are a busy man. I have a Mini Blade CX, love it. It is a perfect toy for in the house. Yours, looks alot more capable though.

Maybe if I get a good tax rebate. I can guarantee that I will still be running a shafty though.

Yeah that SC8e was a great "investment" huh?

Seriously, I am recycling some fun lately. NickelPimp stopped by and we got his Snow Melter running. Video is uploading...

All 4? 2 on 3s Lipo's. 1 on sub C's. Then the nitro version, too lazy to tune it...and you can't drive it at midnite in the neighborhood.

Nice Ryan.

I put new hardwood floors in dining room, living room, hallway and both bedrooms. Painted the whole interior, now onto the detailing stuff. Then put the house on the market and pray I don't lose my ass too bad!

Good luck man the market sure sucks right now the good news is on the buy side the deal should offset it.

Actually the housing markets in New York and Minnesota are least effected.
