Default Scale crawling in Duluth?

I will be in Duluth this coming weekend for a conference and was wondering were I can run the scalers fairly close to downtown (the closer the better). I won't have a lot of time to drive but would love to get out some. I have been there a few times but I don't know the area real well. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Just hug the shore line from the Fitgers building and head east. Great spots along that area with a little gold mine at the end. When you see the cave and water fall your at our best spot

Should I walk it from Fitgers, or is there better parking somewhere else?

There's a great little spot right below fitgers BUT our our best spot is east about two miles. If you don't mind the drive take superior st to London rd and park in Perkins parking lot to the right. Take the cross walk to the bike path and turn left. About two blocks in drop down and walk the shore until you see the cave in the lake. AMAZING spot with a water fall.

Thanks, I will check out the cave, I know where the perkins is so it should not be to hard to find. I will also try the Fitgers spot. Thanks again for all the info, now that I am in town I can't wait to get out and drive alittle, hopefully it does not get to wet this weekend...........................Now to just figure out how to skip out on the unimportant stuff at the conference.

Right off the lake walk...some of the best wheeling. I live downtown and crawl just about everyday. Two places that are really cool to wheel...Enger Tower and The lake walk...5 minutes from each other. Saturday night I might be around if you want a tour. Just find Fitgers and go past it on the lake walk and just before Leif Erickson park look right down by the lake and there is tons!! Make sure you go past Fitgers.
