Default Anybody in the way south?

Just wondering if there's anyone else from the far south of the state, I'm on I-90 about 20 miles west of Albert Lea.

None that post up here. Any crawling areas down that way?
We usually crawl at Taylors Falls.

ahh, i see, figured it would be that way. there are a couple places to get out and crawl. most of the time i just end up going after some field stones for a bit of fun.

We have a pretty good size group that gets together at Taylors for crawling, you're welcome to join us any time. Our schedule should be posted here soon.

Don't worry about that you should see the rest of the group. It's a little like the fishing trip scene from "One Flew Over the Cookoo's Nest".

I still haven't seen that movie and now I'm getting told I even look like one of the dudes. This can't be good.

Taylors is pretty amazing and Duluth guys make the trip for 95% of the events held there because it's worth it.

really, nothing in the last 30+ yrs to compare it to....
J/K Stormin

maybe animal house and revenge of the nerds combined, with a bit of Porky's thrown in.

Anyways ,back to the subject. Taylors Falls is a great place to bring the whole family. There is camping and I think motels or something. Make it a weekend trip.

hope to see ya out there

will start reporting on the rock conditions a Taylors Falls soon, shortly after I get the rig running. well we'll give it a couple weeks

well, i just got our moving orders a couple weeks ago, forgot about this thread honestly...getting stationed in arizona in the somewhat near future (no clue as to a nailed down date, but looking like mid-april to early may, but like i said, nothing firm) wish i coulda made it up to taylor falls, but my april is officially shot all to hell. daveq, if you've got a spot nearby and the snow clears out, lemme know, may be able to fit a trip over to jackson...not seeing taylor falls in my future though sadly.
