| ~~~ MNRCRC April 17, 2011 Results and Pictures ~~~
The first comp of the season, snow on the ground the day before cold as hell and the river rising, nothing could shut the MNRCRC down. This picture doesn't do Justus to the live conditions, never the less we had a good start to the season, good job all. |

It was great to be out on the rocks again. I had a great time today. Good to see some familiar faces (I still can't remember names for s***-sorry). Good to see some new faces out there too. I hope everyone had a good time. Can't wait to do it again in a couple weeks.

OK same day scores Side note: Judges alot of your math and other things were wrong. Scores have been corrected so if it looks differant than what you remember seeing its cause your judge couldnt add. Anyone that has issues with the scores pm me. I started a file to keep all original papers with my correction marks. Last edited by irok22s; 04-19-2011 at 11:25 AM. |

Wildbill had a perfect run with the bonus on course one, so his score on course one should be a -24. Where are the super scores??? |

I went home with my score sheet but it should be in wild bills murano. I blame my bad score taking on the Duluth public school system. Enjoy. |

Thanks Irok for gettin the results up so quick, minor mistakes are to be expected from the first comp as everybody is a bit rusty.

Is it important in NASCAR racing to track the different manufacturers? I have to say yes it's very important for NASCAR and important to us as well. It gives a clear picture of our competition structure as a club. It also encourages shaft drivers because they can compare their personal progress with other shaft drivers. It's basically a class in a class, and there will be a unofficial top shaft truck in both summer and fall seasons because of it. Let's face it the shaft class produces most of our new membership, it's the most convenient starting place at a great price point. It's a very important class for future growth in our hobby sport and it needs to be recognized as such. Without it your just another page name at the bottom of the results list and that will eventually kill your spirit to compete. This is our fifth year competing with a shaft truck and we have no intension to become a MOA team. | |
