| New XR10 need speed contollers.
Which should I buy? FXR, Mamba Pro? Any ideas? I have a 4pl radio and 3 cell batteries. Do I need a BEC with these? Never had an MOA before. |

Duals? I suggest fxr's. Single speedo? I suggest mmpro and switches or a punk dig. Every crawler setup needs a bec. Now hurry up and get that thing built! |

What do I know about it, but I'd go for the Mamba Micro Pro X 2. I never liked the start up on the Tekin.

You definitely have to hook up the hotwire out of the box because they are not current.

Forgive me stormin but I'm not trying to be a hater. One Mamba micro is the same size as two fxr's. I shortened my signal harnesses to 1" and cut off my on/off switches. My bec only powers my servo. Ends up one simple package |

watch the sale section, I saw 2 or 3 in the last 2 weeks for $70 a piece, you'll need more posts or buy a star to view or tower hobbies if using a discount code.

| Smooth for a Tekin maybe, you obviously haven't driven a castle speed control they make Tekin feel like a bag of rocks. |

I drove his truck and noticed it but it's not as bad as I've read. There's throttle curve tho so that might help/ hinder his setup but I could wheel it. Coming from a losi anything will feel smooth.
