Hey I'm new to the site; and to crawlers in general. I've had many nitro T Maxx's etc, but this is my first electric. Anyways, I am in Jackson. I only know of one other guy here locally(although I'm sure there are more) with a scale crawler!

Madison, Ms. checking in. I have a rodded out McRC and McDT. If anyone in the area needs concrete chunks (any size) for a course, let me know. Rocks are scarce in these parts! |

I just bought 5 acres in Sandhill, not too far from the Reservoir in Rankin County. I will be retiring there in a couple years and go down there regularly to visit. Always got a scaler in the trunk, so if anyone around Jackson knows of a place to crawl or trail run, Im up for it.

Actually ther are some great areas up in Yazoo County in the creek beds that feed the Yazoo and the Sunflower. I used to fossil and mineral hunt in them. Rocky, nice clear water, sand and some good hill climbs. As a bonus, you Fidel a lot of petrified wood, crazy lace agates, some sharks teeth, arrow heads and mini balls, kind of the walmart of fossil hunting. I have a son and a daughter living ther with 6 grand daughters. Right now I only get down ther twice a year. Have to see how much our politicians fk up the economy over the next 2 years before I know for surebwhen I will be moving that way. |
