| Re: KCRC 2012 Season ok guys !! just got back from long view lake spill way. water level is WAY TO HIGH ! I see no way it is going to be down by tomorrow morning with as much water that was coming out of it now ! options !! #1 back out to ADAIR park tomorrow #2 run long view sunday #3 re-schedule to another later date #4 take our chances & run @ raytown rd & blue ridge and hope we don't get kicked out. #5 or ideas i don't think we will be able to use BC creek site, should be the same as long view lake post up & lets figure this out tonight !! ALL-SO !! so do we want to do some "cook-in out" this saturday for the comp ?? dogs, chips & what ever !! MMMM - Food post up !! KCRC |

Adiar makes the most sense for everyone IMO. Especially with Memorial Day weekend and all. We HAVE TO find more comp spots! |

Creek looks fine actually.....it was rolling last night, but is just barely higher than normal now. Where we sit/set up is kinda wet...just walked down there barefoot, wouldn't say sloppy, but moist for sure. Trails are probally as bad if not worse. I'm tempted to go look at that spot at Waukomis and Gower....its part of the same creek.....so? Parking lot close and its a huge bowl of med to large riff-raff, Adiar works though...i'm game for where ever. |

I vote either Adair tomorrow or Longview on Sunday. I'll bring a couple packs of unwanted parts....I mean hot dogs.
