| Kaetwo's K2-6 6x6...
Well with all the 6x6 rigs poping up everywhere, I figured I had better jump all over it. I thought it would be a good opportunity to come out with another nitch specific chassis like the K2-4. This one I call the K2-6 (for 6x6), ah the cleverness of me More to come in the Reign RC Vendor Forum soon. So Zach and Pinch both got me all fired up about these rigs and each of them built there 6x6's a little different. I chose to do a 4-Link system on each axle and it works great! The bed format is from a trials rig that I have seen on several German trials sites. It was pretty cool and very simple to do. The rest of the build is really straight forward. Naturally I'm powering it with a Tekin FX-R ESC, Spektrum receiver, MaxAmps 3C Lipo and a 55x1 hand wound. I still have some finishing touches to make, such as a light bar across the front (like Miniwheelers 8x and some tail lights. I would also like to add some sort of front skid and put the finishing touches on the axles. Oh, and add a winch for good measure Well enough chit chat, onto the images. Enjoy! |

I figured that there may be 3 or 4 of us that may want a production 6x6 chassis. I guess it could be used for a longer wheelbased rig like a F650 or something. That would make 5 sales

Ya Zach has a problem, I get a kick out of seeing what he comes up with next. I was wondering how long it would take him to build an 8x8. I wanted to buy his KII-5 Jeep but instead I bought the Wife a car for her and JrSpEd. Tell you what if you need axles for a proto type I have plenty of TLT axles just waiting for you. Of course I get to keep them with the chassis. Last edited by SPECIAL ED; 07-07-2008 at 11:03 PM.
