| Custom tri axle King hauler
The king hauler has always been my favorite out of all the tamiya semis and I've always wanted a tri axle rig so over the past 6 months I've been going back and forth between stretching the truck adding the axle and making a custom quad axle flatbed trailer for it. I cut two trailers to make one hence the awkward spacing of the third and fourth axles. Finally tonight I made some major progress by completing the third axle conversion and rough fitting a few more things that I need to work out on it but I am far from done with it. here are a few pics of where I am at now Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Tapatalk 2 |

Looks good .spacing between the two axles on the trailer actually make it look better

I was unsure about the wheel spacing, but you're right they'd look kinda weird all crammed together

Here's just a slight update a part of what I'll be doing today. I got the rear axle finally stabilized where the drive shaft won't fall out anymore mud flaps are back on and secured I made a custom length kingpin pull rod out of an insulation Tigerpaw. Now it's on to dealing with the spaghetti mass of wiring for the lights inside the cab to clean it all up Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Tapatalk 2 |

I guess it didn't take much work to tidy up the wiring so I took her out for a test run with a load and I think the results speak for themselves Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Tapatalk 2 |

New trans is in, no more jumping in 1st gear, installed a Novak "fifty five" motor and tried it again. This time with no human assists it climbed my driveway and out onto the road with no problems. I do plan on going back do dual rears instead of the super singles using Integy's billet wheels and offroad type tires and swapping out to one of their awesome red front I beams.

Just ordered a dual motor conversion kit, 2 540 LRP pulling motors, some CAT mudflaps and Peterbilt emblems from graden trucking, so this truck is slowly getting pimped out little by little. Also ordered some polished aluminum rims and off road style tires from Integy to bring the truck back to scale with true duals
