The chassis is a homebrew chassis with low center of gravity and multiple link mounts,it is designed to let the rear axles not be tied together to give you more articulatesion as well. I need to think a few rcc members for there extra parts also allon1965, shin Jari, I frog! Winnerone23. I'd also like to thank 149 r /c worx for making the chassis.

I made a bit of progress tonight. I've got a few parts the mail lady hasn't left yet. I got a Holmes Hobbies ble and a Holmes Hobbies 13t trail master. That should push the rig well.

Small update I got out a bit of komacel . I can't decided on sleeper or tool box. The plan at the moment is to make the rear shock tower look like a fifth wheel hitch.

Re: Snapon' s 6x6 build

Ok so I watched loads of videos about 6x6's and I wanted one that the frame was not piced together and I could run in a g6 or comp. I ran my kyosho blizzard in a g6 last week, because my brxls hadn't came in yet for my scx10. I'm super stoked about the homebrew chassis. The low center of gravity is a good thing, and to improve on that you can move the transmission skid forward or backwards to help improve your weight distribution. The rear axles are not tied together and this helps give you better articulateion and climbing performance. Sorry amazon is holding out on the last set of tires, hopefully there be here soon. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...c49b9ae777.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...4d4284e5e1.jpg

Well I installed locked up rc bearings from bumper to bumper and then hooked up a few drives shafts. The Holmes Hobbies ble came today. The brushless motor should be here wensday, so hopefully I can get a video up soon!

I got most of the hitch plate done. Best I could think of to hide rear shock tower. Sleeper is coming along I got a bed in it just need to cut windows and put roof etc.

So under the hitch plate is a rare earth magnet for helping me keep up with body pins. Super old r/c tip but when you change a battery the course always eats the pin.

Here is a link to a short running video. It was raining and it just keeps climbing I'm super happy. I can't wait to get it out on dry rocks! I really do like the jconcepts scorpios tires. I have no weight in the tires just bmachinerc xr10 tubes.

Well if you watched some of my first running videos the magnets could not hold the bed on. So I used the stock body mounts and hid them in the bed of the sleeper. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...1fe11efaf5.jpg

I will eventually tidy up the sleeper and I'm going to have the wires cleaned up as well.

I just added a hot racing locked diff hub spool to the transmission that should help keep all those Holmes Hobbies horses inline for a while.
