| 1:1 Scale offroading
Hey all, I know this is short notice (because I completely forgot to post this sooner) but we're having a fairly good sized get together just south of Lincoln on Saturday afternoon. This is the offroad club that I'm a member of. You don't have to be a member to join in the fun and you can bring basically any offroad vehicle as long as it has 4wd. The land we will be running on is privately owned and pretty good sized. This is a free event! The last time we did this, we had nearly 50 people out! This one is looking to be pretty popular as well. We usually have people from the surrounding area such as Omaha, Beatrice, Grand Island, etc. Follow the link for more info: http://pioneer4wheelers.org/phpBB3/v....php?f=2&t=469 Last edited by golgi; 05-15-2008 at 09:36 PM. |

I'll definitely let you know ahead of time for the next one. Speaking of which, next weekend part of the group is going out to Tuttle Creek and then some are going out to Lake McConaughy. I won't be able to make it to either but it's really friendly group that welcomes new people so you should consider checking it out. All upcoming events are posted here: http://pioneer4wheelers.org/phpBB3/viewforum.php?f=2 Also here are couple pics from today. First a group photo: Next here is a shot of my Jeep after today. It took forever cleaning all that mud: Last edited by golgi; 05-19-2008 at 06:10 PM. |

Sure, I bet it would do fairly well. It may not have the approach angles to go up and down the steep angles but I bet it would do fine in some mud and stuff like that.
