too much weight, 2 part spray foam, 1-2 layer stucco. 1/4 the time, easy 1/16 the weight. could even cut them after to make them modular then frame to bolt or fasten in some fashion back together to move them. cardboard boxes for the main frame to hold the foam etc... then can come back with very little wood to support main pieces. Foam is ridiculously strong, stucco reports to wear good one course has 3 yrs on it without resurface. i priced the foam through local supplier way back when there was talk of building for the national comp, but no interest was shown for large realistic courses. |
