Default Long Island Crawl? NY

I've just built my first serious crawler and was wondering if theres anyone on Long Island or the surrounding area looking for a friendly crawl or the likes. I've been having trouble finding anywhere interesting to crawl. Anythings appreciated.
Thanks.

hey man! i used to live on LI, now i live in arizona. it's difficult to find good crawling spots on LI. construction sites are usually your best bet. what part of LI are you from? i lived in massapequa.

my aunt and uncle used to live in sayville. Nothing but flat out there! construction sites are definitely your best bet. hope you can find some crawling buddies. i know firstumustcrawl is from LI and my buddy rich (zbigbadwolf) unfortuntely doesn't crawl anymore. but there are some guys that put on comps in conneticut and jersey, so watch the get together forum and competition forum.

yeh, zbigbad totally got out of rc. his interests change all the time. that's just the way he is. he'll probably get back into it again sooner or later. looks like you have a couple people there on LI though. thats cool. too bad they live a good distance away. it would be nice if i was still there, I was only a couple minutes away from ya.

i like your rig by the way. looking good man!!!!!!

I'm in Bohemia. I've been here almost a year and haven't found any good spots. I would certainly be open to a get together somewhere in Suffolk.
