Surprisingly, I haven't spoken to anyone in NM. However, you are only a hop skip and a jump from Southern Colorado, where we have been getting some pretty nice crawling turn outs. On the 8th of Aug, we should assemble at least 15 crawlers in the Colorado Springs area. You are welcome to compete and TwistedDV will even be there, filming for their next DVD. Where you at in NM? |

I live North of Santa Fe in the foot hills of the Jemez Mountains. I think there are a couple of crawlers in Albuquerque but I haven't been in contact. I am still building my TXT-1 and seem to keep finding more and more things to upgrade before I finish. Waiting on extended links right now and am trying to figure out if I can mount my motors upside down to get the CG lower and allow the battery to be mounted lower. Thanks for the invite and when I get running I will head up your way and visit. At this rate it will be snowing before I can get ready to run. I have been looking for some good crawling areas around here and there seems to be many options close by. Will have to learn how to crawl before I try to compete though. I am a complete newbie to R/C of any kind so have a lot to learn. Hoping to find others nearby. Everyone locally are racers only. |

Hey man I'm in Albuquerque, Exit 164 Wyoming Street. I get off on the Tramway exit and crawl there all day. Hit me up! ColquittCustoms@Comcast.net |
