So, I finally decided it was time to go out and practice for State Finals... Got a bit in, and managed to take a few pictures of the terrain. Next time I go out, I will take some more! Hope this helps to give an idea of what we are working with for this event. Very coarse sandstone/granite type rock. http://s41.photobucket.com/albums/e2...dodude13/UTEP/ -Brett |

we need as many as we can get!!!! im hopeing to find one that will fit over the bed of my truck. 12 to 1 seems about the time we always start. maybe since the abq guys are comeing we should start at 10 so if any of them want to take off the same day back home.

I am thinking more along the lines of this: 9am driver sign up 9 to 10 am course set up 10:30am driver meeting and start running right afterwards we should be done around 1pm. if we run the course the way we have been doing it up in albuquerque. We also need to get a grill up there I will provide drinks, what do you guys want to do about food potluck or 5 bucks a person and we ask Andres parents to grill for us. Andre you think they can do that, and we can lend your Dad a crawler for the comp. 3 courses, 1 bonus line. so who is in???????? |

Im in! Not sure if I will be driving the new Losi or the old (not so) trusty, now effectively named "Twitch", but Ill be there. Who has a spare crawler for Andre's dad? LMK if I need to toss something together. I am in either way for food, just make a call and let me know what to bring or how much $. We still doing $10 entry? Going to do free crawl or split us into groups? I can judge if need be. -Brett |
