I think that if the original date and location is available why would you change the rest of the plans? Then I would vote "Do the final comp". If the schedule changes causing people to have to miss the event then the next best thing would be to vote "Give it to the series winners". Ron and Cody Loveland vote to have the state comp. This is what we have been looking forward too all season.  And its great to here that things are coming around at the Dragstrip, Thanks to those whom are working so hard to make it work.

Sounds like Plan ZZ is just Plan A in a disguise. Since the state comp is going ahead as planned then it should determine bids just as has always been.
