Has anyone used the rc4wd leaf springs? If so how do they compare to bruiser and hilift springs .

They have more arch then a Bruiser, when used on one, youll add about 1/4 inch lift. They are also much more stiffer.

the RC4WD leafs do come with add-a-leafs much like the tamiya. That's the current condition of the truck and I have a single leaf at each corner. The truck doesn't have any electronics yeat and hasn't been used so I don't know if that will be its last setup. Furthermore, the RC4WD leafs are softer than the stock tamiya's. As for how much softer, I don't know. I think if you are really looking for flex, save the $$$ and a 4 link would be best. If you are looking for scale and a little more flex, than yes, buy the RC4WD leafs. thanks for the comment on the truck.... its my first build. |
