Default Chassis Questions (grey area)

Newbie to scale builds. Only my second RC. Sorta inspired by the hillbilly. More later.....maybe. (closet crawler)

That looks like a huge mamba max motor in that r2. Is that the motor you are planning on running?

The nice man at the hobby shop said it will work fine. It was on sale too.

I think basically he was saying the guy at the hobbyshop has no clue, and that motor is gonna be way to fast. how many KV is it? should say on the endbell. good news is you have one of the best speedcontrols on the market for a crawler or scale rig.

the mamba motor in any kv will be very fast for a crawler, and there are pics in the link I provided

Thanks pinkie I'll do that. I have an onboard camera setup ready for the task. It's actually going to be a tow rig for new super uber mega crawler.

Will a tower poo 995 make a good winch?

In my avitar that is a 12 inch step my junk clod is going up.
