can some one give me a link to somewhere I can get a external low voltage cut-off for my teken rebel 2, I'm planning on getting a lipo for it. thanks

Novak makes them for 2, 3, & 4 cell lipos. Go to Towerhobbies.com and type in "Novak cut-off". (sorry, no link capabilities right now for me)

would it work with a teken rebel 2 ESC? because thats what I have.

Yes. It will work "with any brand brushed or brushless speed control". It connects to your battery wires and inbetween the throttle and receiver.
