Default building a super class rig

i have been building a tuber to be in the super class and wanted to know what works better on a super class rig a dig setup or 4 wheel steering? thanks in advance.

Most Super class rigs run Clod style axles with two speed controls so you get both, dig and 4WS. Even if you run a shaffty you can have both.

I agree; go with both dig and 4WS. You'll use both and often in different ways for different reasons. The Nomadio React is under $300 and is a 4-channel pistol grip control. I'm sure someone has setup one up for a Super with 4WS and dig. You could also look into running the dig using a on/off switch to cut power to the rear motor. That would save you from buying two ESCs.

ok sounds good guys thanks for that help. I think i will put the 4ws on first, and then put the dig setup on later. when I start doing comps. thanks again for your help.

also one more question will zip ties work to hold on the aluminum panels that I want to make for the chassis or will they just make the crawler look stupid? thanks

ok zipties it is then I got hte roof cut out and painted today so tomorrow I will try to make the two side panels and the hood panel. and see if I can get them painted up I don;t know why I'm painting the panels though cause they will just get all scratched up on the rocks but I guess I can always repaint the when the paint gets really bad. anyway thanks for the help. I will use the sipties to hole them on.
