| Help with tranny! ! !mud* mud* mud*
Ok. i am currently running an tlt based sw2. Basicly, a few months ago i was playin in the mud ....and after, my whole car just seemed to be really slow and lots of mud was on it. The stupid thing i did was to wait probably a month to clean it. I cleaned it up on all of the external stuff but was too lazy to take it apart until today. It still isnt running right and im sure its the transmission but does anyone have any tips or information on how and what i should clean?? Thanks for the help |

I would dunk you motor in some water while running, just leave it hooked up to your esc and run your motor in the water until the water clouds up, then repeat untill the water is clean, then follow up with some com drops, and make sure you front and rear bearing/bushing are lubed up good after words, You can also count on cleaning and lubing all of your bearings throughout the whole rig, mud will rust them like crazy, I would also pull your tranny apart and clean and lube it up.

I would recomend picking up some trinity bearing oil, I have used damper fluid in a pinch, but because it is pure silicone, it tends to break down and quit doing the job pretty quickly.
