Default voltage to receiver??

Ok guys. For my next dumb question, I ask you this. Say if I have 3s 11.1 volt lipo connected to my ESC, what voltage is my ESC sending to my receiver. For arguments sake we will say that the ESC is a sidewinder.

Whatever the ESC's BEC puts out,is what your reciever will get. Thats why the Castle BEC is so popular. You can set the voltage to what you want.
