| Comp build
Hi i´m thinking of building a 2,2 comp rig. Now i need some help on what chassie and axels to buy. Chassies i´m thinking of Bender SW3, Top banana, and the Kamikaze kustom zero. Well heck... if those are the choices and money doesn't matter... go Berg and just about any chassis will be fine with them.

Berg axles are the best right now IMO. But expensive for 2 ESC's and 2 motors. Twisted Falcon chassis looks really nice for adjustability. Keep in mind when you get berg axles its pretty much a requirement to clock at least 1 and probably both axles. |

I will only have one esc. Thats the way i run it on my Pimpcane, and it have worked fine all summer. |

| You can "clock" the rear axle by using longer upper links wich will rotate the axle backwards and get the motor out of the way of rocks, however doing the same to the front will mess with steering camber so you can "clock" the front by rotating the axle tubes and redrilling and tapping them.

See a howto on clocking axles here Template to Clock? So that you know ahead of time whats involved. Basically it stops your motor from dragging while keeping your steering level. |
