| Hey ya'll, I see all the terms about 1.9's and 2.2's and all these numbers.. what is the main difference between them all? Help school a no0b please . |

| refers to the wheel diameter at the bead. the difference of 0.3 doesnt tell the whole story though. 2.2 tires are generally speaking better performing tires and 1.9 is generally a better size for scale builds. you can cut 2.2 tires down to fit 1.9s also. There are a few other size wheels you can use but these are the standards. |

| Ohh okay, thanks alot. So its no way in reference to the scale of the vehicle correct? What are most crawlers? 1/8th scale? 1/10th? or smaller? |

| most are 1/10th scale but some of the 1/10 scale rigs can be build to 1/8th scale size. there are a few 1/18th scale rigs out there like the losi mini rock crawler i think is 1/18 and maybe a few others out now. |

| 1/10 scale can be built using either 2.2 or 1.9 tire/rims. 1.9 is more scale looking. But A 2.2 build can also be deemed as scale too. |
