Default Another Newbie question

Hey ya'll.. just how fast are these crawlers? I realize they have to have some power to them, but are they any fun to drive if your not crawling? Lemme explain.. I want to get into a crawler, but I also want a truck that goes over 10 mph too.. I work on drilling rigs all across the country, so generally there are plenty of rocks to crawl on, but sometimes, I will wanna get out and rip a few donuts and just play in the dirt.

Please suggest some RC models that would fit my wants. Ive been trying to decide between the Mini Losi, the AX-10 and possibly a Large Scale Super. Thanks for all of your input.

It all depends on the motor you are running and the gearing of the drivetrain. A definite answer cannot be given until you specify the application and running gear.

yes its definatly faster than the losi mrc, you can do wheelies w/ the ax10. the ax10 rtr is really designed more of a rock racer than crawler.
if you want the benifits of a crawler and basher i'd suggest installing a holmes hobbies 7t puller a esc that can handle it more voltage for the battery and reinforced drive shafts
