Default noobie ?'s

hey guys, i've read some of the threads already but still un sure on a few things. i hope these are not stupid ?'s. thay don't seem bad to me.
1. does it matter if i put my reciever on the steering servo?

2. how much weight can you put in the tires without messing with the flex of the tire?(can you stack multiple lines of weight on top of each other?) i have 4oz. in each right now. it helps but still not enough.

3. what about running smaller foam in the tires? i know about cutting the foam but how about smaller foam?

4. can enyone give me a good link to building a small indoor course. i have seen most of the stuff already on the site, just wanting to gat some ideas.

thanks in advance to all who help. just getting into it and i am already hooked. i have an axial ax10 artr, rooster crawler combo with 55t motor. just put new body on just to keep it different from others. any advice for a newbie would be greatly appreciated. the site rocks!!! keep it up.
