does this esc can handle battery pack 8 cell nimh @ 9.6v without any problems ?

7 cells is the max that the manual says its capable of, or a 2 cell lipo

Why is that i've run one for 6 months on 8 cells with "morethan" 30 hrs on it and not anyproblems ???

Well, I was wondering if it's possible to practice with a 9,6v NimH pack on a Goat system !
