Default how do u bend links?

im planning on building my own links i got some 1/4 aluminum tubing and 4-40 threaded rod....i would like t know how to bend the links ?

1. BFH
2. torch
3. grinder (4" or 4.5", doesnt matter)
4. bucket of water
5. bucket of beer (preferably with ice in it)
6. a rope
7. safey goggles (cant forget these ;)

Haha...good for steel and girly-men. Totally un-needed for aluminum tubing. Unless you're a girly-man.

What the hell is the rope for?

Made an entrie chassis out of solid steel with just a vice and hands. It can be done. As for the delrin throw it away plastic is crap ;)

heat gun, Just don't melt it! I made myself a little jig for doing this I force the delrin in and then heat it till it quits fighting so to speak!
