Default Lipo charging

ok just got a Duratrax ice charger and first time using lipos, these right here http://www.ckrccrawlers.com/shop/ind...oducts_id=1909

and i asked about the little plug and ppl said its to monitor the batt when charging, now only plug the ice had is for the temp sensor, so this mean i don't have to worry about it or what do i do, just don't want anything to go wrong so i figured i better ask to be safe, so help me out please lol

thanks in advance

Just connect the battery to the regular plug (the one that plugs into your ESC) The small plug on the lipo is a balancing plug used to equalize the cells. (you need a balancer to do this) This should be done to get the most life from your packs but not absolutely necessary. Then make sure to read the entire section on charging Lipo packs since charging them wrong can be dangerous. Set your charge rate (in amps) how many cells and you are set.
