Had the DNA, now the VP one and would say the DNA is ok only if u get the steel internals... The Vanquish dig is way nicer and smaller and has a lever so you dont need as strong (expensive) of a servo to run it... Either of these two I think would be a good choice

ck out the VP, I never had a DNA, but I don't think it can compete with the size/weight, and you need a bigger servo. I run my VP with a 50lb Futaba no problemVery nice unit

DAMN when did Futaba step up with a 50lb servo? That is some massive torque.

The DNA is a great dig. If you take your time installing it and use a good grease it works flawlesly and will last forever with the steel internals they come with now. Oh and FYI there is alot of guys on here that use a mini servo on there DNA dig with no problems.

I have run the DNA dig from the day of it's release almost two crawling seasons without a problem. I have now upgraded to the steel internals and it is indistructable with that upgrade. The new servo bracket that comes with the new ones makes servo instalation a breeze and keeps the shift linkage straight for smooth in and out shifts.
I haven't tried any of the newer offerings so I have nothing to offer regarding them but the DNA has been very reliable for me.

I had a DNA dig and recently switched to the Vanquish Hurst dig..1000X better unit... No tweak this polish that and messing around, bolt and go..

and it's smaller with a better servo mount
