| Hello
Newbie to crawling, but not RC. Thinking about picking up a Redcat Rockslide 1/8 supercrawler off E-Bay. Anyone had any experience with them? Thanks for any input. |

I have have never messed with those rigs. But I just searched "redcat" and came up with 84 threads. Try that and do some looking and reading. I know one thread was pretty comphrensive about the truck.

i have the 1/10 scale rockslide and like it quite a bit. i don't know of many threads pertaining to the 1/8 rig, but a few people on here have the 1/10's. search for "rs10" for that info. one thing to keep in mind is that these rigs are relatively new and there isn't much of an aftermarket presence yet. you'll have people posting saying redcat is junk and to get something else, but do some research and form your own opinions about it. there are decent redcat reviews on here. i like working on mine and figuring out what will work for it...so if you have the same mindset, i say go for it

Keep in mind that if you break something, chances are you'll have to order it as most hobby shops don't carry spares for RedCat stuff...
