Default best $500 crawler?

What is the best thing i could get for about $500 (not over $600 :( ) i was thinking a clod with 4ws, a frame thing, bearings, highter turn motors, or a txt ext. and higher turn motors. I'm leaning tward the clod. are there any other good trucks or stuff like that?

p.s i'm a noob to crawling, but not to RCs

"a frame thing" i like that.

do you mean a tuber, frame rails like a bruiser, or chassis plates?

and what you said would probably be the best and it might no cost $500. you said you have been into RC's so you probably already got electronics except for the motor you mentioned. you might want to go with the new 45turn. youll have power and a lil speed with it or the 35 turn.

That's the one I'd get. Add a premodded Traxxass TQ3 for $65, and some new Clod axles from the same store. There's ~$340. $80 for Tekin Rebel 2 ESC, and $80 for two HiTec 645 servos.

I think the NN chassis is a better chassis to choose. It also comes with more for less.
