Question newbie needs help..

has anyone waterproofed a tekin fxr esc,and are there any links or threads on this??

throw it in a balloon and zip tie the cords coming out and put some silicone sealer around the end for double protection

just fill up your esc with electrical grease. you wont have an ugly balloon to look at everytime you pull off the body. it is cheap and it works, i have been running mine under water and through mud for a few years now and no problem

I think I would go with the ballon,guys have been doing it in marine applications a long time.

i have driven my basher under water that is more than 3' deeo and through the nasties mud and the dioelectric grease has been great. but if you want the ballon idea the have at it, there is several ways of waterproofing
