I'm assuming you mean the red one I think? Dunno about it. I've got the one in the clear shrink wrap with the green Sanyo GP cells and it's pretty great. That said, I've also got some cheap 2400's from like 2002 that sat for like 3-4 years. At first they didnt work but after I cycled them a few times they work fine. Even with those in my AX10 with a 65t Integy they last about 45min to an hour. I'm pretty indifferent about batteries, as long as they charge I'm good! I don't do comps, I just crawl around the yard and the nature trail in my neighborhood. Making a short story long, if you can get them for a good price then you probably won't be disappointed.

They are a great bashing battery. The 4 that I have are still running strong, one is over 10 years old, still charges fine with good run times.

The GP3300 cells? Those are great and reliable old packs.

I have two of the 3300 GP Racing packs and one of the older 3000 no-name packs, and all three have been great for the over 5 years I have been using them.

My friend bought the red ones they were not any good. My original 3300GP packs from the shack lasted 5years of hard use. The red impostors my friend bought burned up after a month. Just didn't take a charge and ran noticeably sluggish with a hot temp.

I'd really consider making the swap to Lipo's if you have the cash for it. It has simplified batteries big time for me. Half the size, half the weight, twice the punch, much more reliable, I love them.

Yeah mnster I've heard on Radioshacks reviews that they had some gp cells in them but then they cheapened them up.
