| Went out and bought it.
Took the long drive today, went to the hobby store and bought the Losi NIght Crawler, 259.99 and with the free lipo giveaway i think it was a steal. Unfortunatly they didnt have the batteries yet, so it is being shipped, so I bought a 2c lipo 1500mah so ill have 2 batteries when it comes. Now i have been poisoned, whats the most reccomended upgrades for this guy. I will also be buying parts to make my own comp crawler. Hope to get some pics of my first runs to post here! -James |

Dont have one myself... but I just got done reading the review of it in the latest RCCA mag and they said the only thing they would recommend, to the almost perfect out of the box kit, is stiffer springs. As the stock ones allow too much articulation. Lots of luck with it and any comps ya enter. |

My first upgrades were to replace the servo mine was kinda weak to me so I replaced it with my 645 hitec and liked the tires but not the rims to much plastic. So put on my fatties. Good to crawl now.

Weight the tires it helps alot. I put 4 oz in each front tire and 2 oz in each rear tire on mine. I would also change the steering servo. I changed my spur gear to a 20 tooth from the stock 24 and it helped a good bit.

I swapped my servo out for the 7955 and went with the goat setup, now it has alot more power, better run time and can actually drive out of stuff. I went with a set of used comp claws for now
