Default drive shafts ????

i have stock stampede shafts on my scaler and the ends of the drive shafts ( the part that attaches to the axle ) are cracking. i went to my LHS and ended up coming back with some metal drive shaft ends. well they bind up and i already dropped my tranny and still binding. so my question is should i stick to the stock stampede and trim them down so they dont bind or is there a shaft that wont bind for a good price ? i was thinking axial shafts do they have more pinion angle than stamped ?

thanks

Pede steel yokes are just about the best for the size. It would be easier to help with picture......let's see some pics.

yeah thats a really high angle for drive shafts! and the side angle for them is even worse the more in line you can get them the better

I know...they twisted really bad...broke the axle housing and everything....she really did a job...

K...MIPs are makers of metal drive lines, axle shafts, etc...very good quality, something expensive when you can pick up plastic drive shafts for like 10 bucks. heres a link to the ones I used on my wifes set up...My set up with the R2 with Dig I had to shorten up one drive line..easy to do, with a dremal..if needed, I can post where I posted pics on what I did..or you can search for MIP drive shafts..should be there.

yes they are for Axial, but will work...

if you want one so you don't have to cut...here it is.

what axles are you using??

I just remembered that it was a pain to find the last time I looked...heres the link...
dig with MIPs
