|  my moa w/punk dig
i have a superclass crawler and just got my punk rc dig , i know i need a 3 pos. switch on my remote, but with out it what will my dig do and with the switch what can i expect ( free wheel ? locked? )

I'm guessing you have a three channel radio with a two position switch. If so Ya should be able to get front dig and 4wd or rear dig and 4wd or front dig and rear dig. Maybe only front dig and rear dig with no 4wd. 2 positions. Ya will need to mess with your epas (if ya got them) to set it up. If ya just got a 2 channel radio don't even hook it up.

| Axle is locked
What radio do you have?You need a three channel....ether way with a two position switch or three position your axle will be locked when in dig. With the punk there is no free wheel.  |

if your using a 3 channel remote with a 2 position switch, you will only be able to choose 2 of the options. either 4wd and rear dig or 4wd with front dig. but you can get it set up like this and then just hit the channel reverse and it will switch from front to rear dig

Rtousley is running a MX3 set up w/ his Punk Dig for front dig and it works very well for him. What he did was hard wire the front motor as normal and then soldered the rear into the dig unit. |
