Locked diffs alone does not necessarily make a crawler. You can run front and rear spools in a touring car, but that dosen't mean it is ready for the rocks. After a few mods, you may be able to make a neat little scale trail rig out of an X-Mod. But the fact is, they just don't lend themselves well to rock crawling.

Other mods im thinking of are Stage two motor and lowest gearing I can get out of it and i got some realy soft stiky tires for it and it should lift it even higher of the ground and grab the rocks beter . but yeah i now it wont be the best crawler but it will give me somthing to do wile im in the desert.
