| confused by Wheel/Tyre/Rim specs...
Hi @ all, first I want to apologise for my crappy english, but I´m from Germany and haven`t used my English for quite some time. O.K. , my question regarding the rims / wheels.. I already learned that 2.2 means 2.2 inches of rim diameter, but what does the 40 stand for? I used the search button a lot but I didn`t came across the right answer. Btw, I`m in the process of building a clodcrawler with a -what else-...Bronco body ,yeah, I know for you guys its just another Bronco, but over here in Germany Crawlers are not such a big issue and there are not too many of'em around. Thanks for a little help and please don't flame me too much Greetz, Yeti69 |

40 stands for 40 series or just big as heck. Proline started it with a plan, bigger is better, http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXLCC2&P=ML Diameter: 4.4" so they said 40's instead of 44's, makes sence most of the time. good luck with the clod |
