if I could do it all over again, I would spend the $$ and get the HPI aluminum body/ Ti shaft shocks. They are the upgrades for the Firestorm and Blitz. (get two sets of rears - I think)

I know Losi shocks are pretty popular, but they tend to leak a little more. HPI has a sealed compartment with dual O rings. A few local guys run them and seem to like them. Plus, they look great.

Just my two cents...

I pulled apart the end-cap on my losi shocks and replaced the plastic spacer inside it with more O-rings,and my shocks have stayed dry since that day.

I love my HPI firestrom shocks....no leaky they are a bit more then a losi or axial...but they also are FULL alum body and caps lots of spring rates to play with too.
