Default new steering servo

so i bought and installed my new cs-170 from hobbico today. my question is.. it makes noise just sitting there. with everything on by im not steering. it dosent affect anything. it this ok, or do i have a problem.

just like a humm or buzzing? thats normal its a rebranded Hi-tec and Hi-tec's are known to humm and buzz nouthing out of the ordanairy

All good man. It's digital servos trying to hold/find the center of travel. Turn the truck on an lightly try to twist the wheel (grab front wheel with hand and twist) you will hear the servos get louder that's it trying to fight you to stay on center...
