| Will it hurt anything to not run a BEC
I am not running any BEC stuff and am running a high t servo as well. I get worried I am going to fry stuff to quick. My servo makes all kinds of chirping noise. Would a BEC quite things down? Am i risking burning up stuff without a BEC.

You will not burn out the servo with out a bec, unless it is overheated by a hard bind, you may burn up the onboard bec in the esc though. As far as chirping, are you using a digital servo? If so that is normal Welcome to the noisy chirpy digital age! |
