Default mm and 2 5500kv motors

I am wondering if I can use one mm esc and 2 5500kv motors on the same esc for my clod. I dont know if this is possible or do I need to have 2 mm esc also?

Thanks Rob

I assume these are brushless motors by the rating of kv you are using for them, if so then you need one esc per motor.

Both sensored, and sensorless brushless ESC's sense the motor's rotor position through electrical feedback in the wires or cable. So you have to run 1 seperate ESC per motor.

It would be nice to have a ESC that had 2 ports for sensor cables and you could run a pair of sensored motors, but so far nobody makes one.

Event if the ESC was capable of running 2 brushless motors you wouldnt be able to run them in a clod cause one would have to spin clockwise and the other counter-clockwise.

This is a very good question, I've never thought of this before.

Can somebody with some credibility chime in here I'm curious. To me it seems possible...
