Default dig servo help

hi newbie crawler here im having a prob setting my servo up to run the dig
.the arm seems to throw out to far left or right to operate it
im running it thru a ansmann w3 2.4ghz controller .is there any how to's on site on setting them up . its a axial ax10 with 4 link and running a hot racing dig .its all new to me this as normally run monster trucks or me drift cars

did you set the endpoints on your servo correctly?

i have tried to but for some reason the 3rd channel is either on or off
as i can adjust the other 2 with the rocker switches

just been reading the manual and i may need a different set up as 3rd channel is only on or off .no adjustments to epa

if that is the case you will want a different radio setup. you will burn your servo up with no epas set.

cheers i shall run it locked until i can find a decent radio to work it all
as running 3 cars from 1 controller at the mo

managed to get this running over the weekend by using a smaller arm
and adjusting the link untill i get a new controller

A good cheap 3 channel w/3rd channel 3 postition and end point adjustments is JR Xr3 (not Xr3.0). You have to buy a 2 dollar switch and do a bit of soldering. Works great for me...

This is how the JR Xr3 mod is done. This looks really involved, but it's really not. FYI, they show a Spectrum DX 3 radio but it's exactally the same radio minus the spectrum part...
