LNC Woes!!

Okay, so I got a lightly modded LNC last week, and I need to address a few problems.

First, when my suspension is at it's full extention, my driveshafts pop out! Do I need to get a telescoping driveshaft or what???

Second, the shocks are aftermarket Integy aluminum shocks, and they dont have any springs on them, and they also have no oil in them. Is this a problem?

Third, the motor is WEAK!! It get around, but it just seems like it is lacking the power that a crawler (IMO) should have. Are they normally this wimpy?

Any help?? Im new to the crawler scene, but Ive been into RC planes for a while, and I have had a few Traxxas trucks a while back.
